Job Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
1. Develop a technology research and development plan in accordance with the company's development goals, and promote the company's research on inspection technology and standards to be at a leading level in the industry;
按照公司发展目标，制定技术研发计划，促进公司检验技术与标准研究处于行业领先水平；
2. Responsible for the company's technological research and innovation work, enhancing the company's core inspection technology, and driving business growth with new technologies.
负责公司技术科研创新工作，提升公司核心检验技术，以新技术带动业务增长。
3. Carry out the construction and management of the company's technical talent team, carry out professional training and technical guidance, and comprehensively improve the team's technical level;
进行公司技术人才梯队建设及管理，开展专业培训及技术指导工作，全面提升团队技术水平；
4. Responsible for guiding, coordinating, and resolving technical issues, developing, reviewing, and optimizing the company's inspection technology management system and technical regulations and standards;
负责指导、协调和解决技术问题，制定、审核及优化公司检验技术管理制度和技术规程标准；
5. Responsible for researching changes in international inspection standards and technologies for products, drafting, improving, and updating the company's various product inspection technical standard documents.
负责研究国际检验标准和技术的变化产品，拟定、完善及更新公司各产品检验技术标准文件。
Job Requirements【任职要求】
1. Bachelor's degree or above from key university, majoring in mechanical, electrical, textile, materials, and other science and engineering majors;
本科或以上学历，机械、电气、纺织、材料类等理工科专业；
2. Good English reading and writing skills, CET-6 or above;
英文阅读书写能力良好，具备CET6或以上英语能力证书；
3. 3-5 years experience of managing technical departments in the third-party inspection industry, familiar with the workflow of third-party inspection;
3-5年第三方检验行业技术部门管理岗经验，熟悉第三方检验工作流程；
4. Familiar with the inspection and related standards for light industrial products, electronic appliances, lighting, furniture or textile products;
熟悉轻工、电子电器、灯具、家具或纺织产品的检验和相关标准；
5. Project management experience is preferred, with cross departmental team management and coordination abilities, and continuous driving force and execution ability for projects;
有项目管理工作优先，具备跨部门团队管理协调能力，对项目有持续的推动力和落地执行力；
6. Having a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exploring and innovating, and pursuing the ultimate;
有较强的事业心，开拓创新，追求极致；
7. Excellent logical thinking, good communication and coordination skills, and team management skills.
